All done no cell did all the data logging Lund wanted so will send them a data file today and wait for Brandon to get back to me imrc working perfect but this thing is a dog right now I assume they will put more power on next tune

See you all have vacuum lines on that imrc vavle my 18 Manny didn't I used vacuum 1 port to power my imrc

second data log got hit with a p2006 which put the car into limp mode

Got my 18 IM installed and my Lund tune installed . Runs good . I drove it about 20 miles pulled over into a parking lot and then check engine light came on . Code is 2006 Intake manifold Runner control Stuck Closed. Any ideas.
To you and [MENTION=34843]huntiez[/MENTION], either it’s a code problem or your vacuum isn’t releasing, this keeps the imrcs closed. Per eodtech87, the voltage is different for the closed signal on the 18s. However, I discovered with mine that my hoses simply were too pinched with hose clamps.

Curious, though: did you install a check valve somewhere in the line from the imrcs to your intake?

I reused the fitting from the 17 Manny but not the mini check vavle that came with it

Yeah just installed it on vacuum line 1 again see if it stops the p2006 code since it won't keep the valve open

So in the actuator is a spring that holds the imrc OPEN. The vacuum is used to close the imrc. Too much vacuum/ vacuum not releasing = closed imrc.

Yeah and the original check valve on my 17 Manny is one way so I had a open loop so hoping that will fix my problem
Since it will function how it did on the 17

Id just lockout guys. I went back and forth same issue with lund. They are firm that its the wiring.

And now here i stand. Locked out. Am i supposed to just plug up the lines with hose and screws? Lol.

I was on the same boat. But it’s not that bad at all and looking at the set up now it’s a lot cleaner. Wish I would’ve done it the first time.

No I did not . Should I have ? I cleared the code and it came back two codes both 2006
