It might be my imagination, but I swear the engine feels more torquey and better for suburban driving in quiet mode. There's really no way to prove it without extensive testing equipment. The back pressure myth lives!

My butt dyno definitely registers more Gs with that quiet exhaust note. It makes me think I'm driving a Taurus, it's so quiet. And then... it steps out when mashing the pedal.
