What to you mean in your history? Like you have had to have traveled to the destination prior? If so that kind of defeats the point. I know you can download your trip in google maps.waze allows you to navigate even without an internet connection, as long as you have the destination in history.
and actually yes, this just happened last week when we were at dingmans falls, PA. there was barely any reception there, but waze was able to get us out and back on the highway after visiting the falls.........
But, 'barely any reception' is different than no service. If there is no internet connection at all how the heck does it know where you are on the map? I am talking no Internet connection for more than an hour at a time. Does not seem possible to me that it could work in this situation even if all the map data was stored on your phone.
