What year do you have ? do you have/had a small delay when cold for gears 3-4-5 or 3-5 ?Just had the Valve body replaced in my10R80. So far so good, with about 100km driven.
The trans shifts 100% better and performs as it should (...knocks wood...)
Here is what was performed.
I have the same problems as u, changed the valve body, update the PCM with the latest firmware. It was good -ish for a week. The main problem for hard shifting is the CDF drum. If the car is manufactured between Aug 2017 and late 2020 it will have the faulty CDF drum. Google CDF Drum 10R80. I hope is not the case for you. But have this in mind. Just a quick question, if you put it in S and change the gears with paddle shifters like in this video, how is the sound coming from gearbox.
It is roughly 4-5 hrs. I believe.
Is it to much to ask to record a similar video ? I don't know how it should sound ( funny)
I tried again this morning to replicate the sound you are having, and it did make the same sound. Sounded exactly like yours.
Looksime a new TSB 22-2428 indictates that the CDF drum issues can affect even models up to 2022.
