0-60 gains with mods?

Sorry if this has been covered before but my search came up empty.

I am curious about the gains that can be made in the 0-60 times with the mods that are available for our V6's. Has anyone done their "track apps" 0-60 stock and then again after mods? What was the gain and with what mods?

I havnt kept track of each mod, but i started out in the mid to high 6's. Best now is a 5.2. MT car, intake, mpt tune, shorties, x pipe, and roush ab

Ford, thanks for the feedback. I have been following your posts for some time now an am impressed by those numbers! I want to do some mods and am not going to be a tracker or probably not even run the quarter. I do like the quickness at the red light though. Looking to spend wisely is possible.

At this point I still have only 400ish miles on the car and am wanting to break in the car before I run my first true 0-60. I am figuring after 1000 mile I will do it. I guess I had better start driving more!

Stock - 5.9 best
After exhaust mods (x pipe, muffler delete) - 5.5 best

Crazy enough before the exhaust I struggled to get the tires to spin, after though I can get it to break loose in 2nd.

Havent done anything else mod wise yet. Waiting for the 3.5 EB twin turbo kit lol

Keep in mind elevation will have a lot to do with your times. I'm literally at or below sea level where I drive around.

So, my car was terrible stock before it was broken in. I didnt do any high revs fornthe first 500 miles. My times were in the high 6s. After 1000 mi i changed the oil, and again at 3k. After 3k the car was much quicker. Took a couple thousand miles to lossen up

Thanks for the input guys. I will do some more breaking in before I start modifying then.

My best time stock 6 seconds flat. I haven't tried it with the PedalCommander but im sure it'll be lower because my launches are much more responsive with it.
Maybe i'll do a 0-60 this week.
