Just so everyone is aware my car has 3400 miles on it, about 80 percent is either autocross, road course or drag racing. I bought it to play. I have not done any scientific studies, but as a professional mechanical engineer, I think this subframe will be adequate for doing those things. Do I see room for improvement? Sure, but as is I am willing to give it a run. It really is a nicely designed and constructed piece

BMR motor mounts. I bought the BMR plates when they were in development and welded them up myself, but yea BMR motor brackets. Allows me to fit my supercharger under the strut tower

Have to run them together? Or just both to lower it more

The motor mounts and plates I had to use together to lower the engine enough. I was using them with my stock K-member.

Look like they free up some space though around the headers even if it was stock height

How did the car handle with the engine lowered? Been wondering about the BMR motor brackets for awhile

I dont think lowering the engine made much difference. I am not a fan boy by any stretch, but I will tell you what has made the biggest difference so far in a positive direction: the steeda bumpsteer kit with new lateral links. The end of last summer was a hoot, I could keep pace with the German hardware.

A nice review on the subject :)

Great quality and easy to install. You can install this in your garage with an engine support bar and jack stands. Made installing my hellion sleeper kit a breeze, however you will have to hammer in the tie down loops since they hit the intercooler piping. Other then that the install was smooth.

Question. What are you guys using for the hardware to hold in the lateral links to the uprights? My nuts are welded to the stock K-member.

TJ I did not receive any hardware. I will look over my pallet again.
Hi Dave, you will re-use factory bolts for the kit. We supply the nuts for you!
