Spark, thermostat are the 2 biggest factors in cylinder head temps. Spark is never static, it's always variable and the later the plug fires, the hotter the head gets. Minute changes in the thermostat opening/closing also plays a role. So does the electric fan wash. So those fluctuations of a few degrees is NORMAL.Just seems my GT head temps fluctuate rapidly under normal driving conditions.
