WHOOP...on edit, I see you are asking about the TR3160 transmission and not the engine oil pan. Hang on, I'll look it up...

The fill plug, on the side of the transmission, uses the same torque figure as the drain plug. Pay attention to the note regarding cooler equipped TR3160's.

2 minutes with clutch engaged. Wow. Now I am not as concerned about the
2 - 5seconds max I allow for at a stop light.

Clutch engaged means having the clutch in its standard position. Sounds like you're referring to having the clutch depressed while stopped, when th clutch is disengaged. Only real negative to this is that your throw out bearing (clutch release bearing) will wear faster.

Any particular recommendations in regards to whether the transmission/rear diff fluid should be changed early on as part of a "break in" per se? Got almost 5000kms on mine and wondering whether I should change them come springtime when i take it out of storage, or whether premature changes were only meant for cars that see a lot of track time?

May sound like a dumb question, do you fill while it's running like you do with most automatic transmissions? or after 2 minutes(idle) , just turn off and top off ? Thanks in advanced!

I suspect you fill it, close it up, run it for 2 minutes, shut it down, open it up and top it off. The running part makes sure all the lines and the cooler get filled.
