Had a great day today at the track, Weather was Beautiful, 82 degrees, 47% Humidity with a 29.88 Barometer, corrected to 1700 ft with no wind. This should be the last weekend racing the car with the Stock OEM engine, Its scheduled to be changed next weekend. One would have thought I'd have broken it by now, but as we call it, the little engine that could is still holding strong with over 24k miles on it. My car has full interior, full exhaust and weights 3740 lbs with me in it, so id guess that were pushing it very hard, its finally time to move forward and put the new Kevin Jewer Bullet in.

I want to say Thank You to Jon Lund for having my back through this whole en devour, he's tireless on his tunes, this could never be done without him and his hard work. Also while im at it LOL, Wagner Intercoolers, UPR, Tony Vargas, and Kevin Jewer.

That's impressive! How much power were you making?

Hell that's impressive for a FI GT. Had to be making upwards of 600whp... my guess. Especially full interior

600whp car would be in the 130's. This car MIGHT be making 500rwhp or just shy of it.

Ive never had the car on the dyno, all tuning has always been via data logs on the track and street pulls, so everyone's guess on WHP is actually much better than mine.

Please go dyno it before you yank it out. Just saying.

Lund Racing has a video on there Facebook page. Im not savvy enough to post one on here.

I wont be able to Dyno, spent the morning taking the AUX fuel off and making close to stock so its easy to swap the new engine in for my friend, hes giving me a steal of a price to do the R&R on it and I wanna make it easy for him. Im not really much of a dyno guy anyways, more interested in the track times.

That's all that really matters. Horsepower numbers are worthless if you can't put it down the track.
I know track numbers are key but I was just curious how much horsepower that stock engine was holding up with.

I think I wanna try a Lund tune, what's the going rate? I'm feeling brave since I have a USA built 2.3L.

How high of a stall are you running? And how does the car drive with it?
