Remove all, it will help with spinning the engine better, as compression will be there otherwise.. slowing down you rotation and putting stress on the electric starter.Don't you also need the throttle body open when cranking? Or does it default open when cranking since it is DBW?
Edit - I guess removing all the spark plugs before beginning compression test does essentially the same thing. I've only removed one at a time when checking compression.
I don't think throttle body open matters with DBW... not sure on it though. I know it worked fine on my car but I kept the gas floored anyway when testing.
