GT350 video at Sonoma

Bone stock 2017. Drove straight from dealer in central California to Sonoma yesterday. 100° ambient, 130° track temps, 200 lb passenger. 1:54.20 on I think the 2nd lap. Probably a 1:51 in 55° sunny weather and no passenger. Very happy with this car

I still prefer the original track layout of Sears Point (stupid Nascar :( )

Streets of Willow CW. About 1,000°, crikey. Later on William did a 1:23.96 in my car on RS4's. We think the same setup would do high 1:21's in say, 55° weather. That's stupid fast for a stock car on this track.


Me chasing William. He was thinking about getting one but on the fence. At Sonoma I twisted his arm to drive mine (he was worried about scratching it!), he was convinced.
That's his Grabber Blue on PSS I'm chasing. His tires had gone off, my RS4's were then probably 3s a lap faster so I'm poking around trying to aim my car for good video.

Wasn't that Shelby's motto? Car was meant to be driven, not collected. Also didn't Ford mandate that also with the new GT?
