Everything looks exactly as it should and the lack of oil and getting more fuel and condensation is a sign of a tighter engine and rings.

Looks good.

I am on E85 so makes sense I have a higher amount of fuel in there.

I love to hear that your running E85. It's the best and most forgiving fuel for street and race engines. You have chosen wisely. Your engine will love you forever. Do you run any stabilizer in the E85 to help fuel stay good and reduce any line deterioration?
