So I acalled UPR to ask what "2 valve" meant in their description on the can the Mak sells. They basically told me that the can has one input coming from the passenger side valve cover to the can, one input from the intake manifold going to the can and then the output from the can to the air tube before the blower. I'm a little confused, from what I see on the instructions on the forum, all the "engine side" lines look to get "T'd" toghethe and then put into the single input on the can. I see mention of the can needing to operate under both boost and vacuum, how does this work? Is there really only one input and one output on the can?

Yes...thats how I ran it per Steve at UPR instructions. Passenger side comes around and tee's into drivers side. Also tee in IMRC vent line if running stock manifold. All those as one line connects to inlet on side of can. Top of can connection then goes to the PC air intake pipe that filter is on. Threaded fitting in pipe....PC has a tee there I believe, but now you only need one side of it.
How does it work...havent a clue...just know it has a dual diaphram in the can and was told NOT to take top off of can.

Thanks, that jives with all the forum reading I've been doing. The thing that confuses me is UPR is calling it a "2 valve" can, and imply that there is something special about the can that makes it work when the engine is either in boost or vacuum. When talking to them on the phone they described the can as having 3 ports on it so that it functions in both boost or vacuum conditions. Just kind of confusing when the forum describes the can as having two ports. See how this works UPRSteve.
