Is anyone elses seat belts twisted? I didn't really notice it till yesterday when my wife was riding with me but both my seatbelts have a twist them. She as complaining about it because it was causing the belt to cut into her neck. Its like this on both sides in the front.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I hate when that happens. With our kids it happens frequently. Just need to fold the belt at an angle and gradually slide the buckle over the fold in order to get the twist out. Pretty straightforward but still a pain.

If the 2015's upper seatbelt mount is on a 360 degree swivel you can fix that by rotating the swivel 360 degrees clockwise. I have no idea how it's mounted however.

It's 180 degrees off not 360. It is intentional because otherwise the top part will fold over on itself

That strap on the seat that the belt goes through looks flimsy and looks like it'll be one of the first things that will break or wear out on the mustang.

Did older mustangs have the same style strap and how did they hold up?

The Camaro has these. My friend's seat belt straps are holding up well on his 2011 Camaro.

That strap is held on with a magnet at one end, it won't break.

I actually like that it's twisted the way it is. It slides over properly, doesn't tug like my foxbody and as stated the loop is magnetic, makes it real nice when getting to the back seat, unsnap, pull seat forward, pull belt and snap back in place.

I prefer the setup currently used on my 2014 Mustang over the new "strap" setup

My rear belt is twisted badly, like 360 degrees. The only way I can see to fix it is to loosen the bolt in the floor. So far nobody is riding back there, so not sure if I will go to the trouble of fixing it.
