Exactly. As a weekend car, Vette is ok. But they have tons of road noise and suck getting in and out. The stock gearing also sucks as does the stock shifter.The two cars in question are sooooo different, it doesn't make any sense to decide between them.

I find the Mustang way easier to live with personally even as a weekend car, especially whippled. Although my gas mileage is around 13-14 which truly sucks.
Road noise is easy to get rid of you just spend an afternoon putting in some sound deadening materials. I have done it for my C6, C7 Z51 and will do so in the C7 Z06 once it warms up.Exactly.
