It's a long story, but a very expensive set of slicks, welds, and studs.....I was sold some 1/2" studs. Due to a total cluster fuck, the wheels won't work, and I installed the studs...
Talked with Ben - he said the 18+ MT82 has much better gears. He said it's almost as strong as the alternatives. He said most guys are breaking shift forks. So, I guess.....we'll let her buck first.
What 1st gear is everyone using? I see there are some choices.
I'm sure thinking this thing needs 3.90's like my GTO. GTO has a pretty deep 1st, but it works for me.
6th gear with this mt82 is useless. 85 mph maybe....that's with 3.73's
I took your info to heart. I reached out to Calimere, but I guess he doesn't do anything but phone. I'm a email guy for the most part, largely because in text it's hard to get screwed by he said she said.
Anyways, after dropping $6K with Terry on Wheels, slicks and knuckles and after last...
I'll assume I'm receiving some misplaced anger. Because if this pisses you off your 3 yr old somehow logged in and responded to my thread or you might have issues you need to get worked out. I really don't need your 5 second assessment and .0005 seconds of thought put into an answer here...
I special ordered a bright blue extended cab with 8' box. 3.73's - XLT, tow mirrors, etc. I haven't driven an ecoboost other than the 3 ecoboost transit vans I have. I can tell you that racing a '16 denali Sierra, an ecoboost van (new without shelving installed) will keep up with a 6.2L until...
18 Whipple w/ MGW - 800 ish RWHP.
bought it done....I'm ignorant but learning. I'll apologize because i'm a '04-06 GTO guy. Like horrible. I have 3 of them.
1.94 60' last night on MT 18" radials. Dumping clutch at 4600RPM and we're getting a good bog. Missed 2nd once, and 3rd once. 3rd...
I'd sell it for $18K in a heartbeat. I'm toying with the idea of buying the magnetic 6 speed 18.....to get me buy until this one gets fixed.
I don't really have garage queens...I beat the living hell out of everything that is RWD.
I bought the mustang because they are a dime a dozen......I...
I've got a wrecked 18 GT that I need some parts for.
I'm in the Rocky MT region - SD/WY/CO/NE/MT area. Will travel 1000 miles if you had a pile of parts.
K-Member, (I don't think a tubular one would handle street duty)
I could use a Magnetic front and rear bumper, headlights (whole front clip...
Tossed on the one Steeda toe link. Never installed them because it would have needed aligned.... Rear end is back to straight it seems. I don't even think I need any rear suspension parts.
Just decided to fix this one. Pissed at myself still...summer will be gone again.
Looking at the...
I had her read me the policy.
"temporary track or course" That's all it took for me to say fuck it.
Anyways, yes, as said before Ethics is about YOU.
Still up in the air about it. Found one in NC. Have to ship it to BFE wyoming..... If I keep the wrecked one, I could pull the motor and...
Lol thanks everyone. I insure about 25 vehicles. I'm not going to get caught in a lie. Especially one that gets you in front of a judge.
Good info again.
I'd gladly sell it for $16k without the rear suspension goodies (back to stock).
I'll post it up here in the for sale section and see...
No loan.
Yeah no insurance on this one...
Car-part seems to have nothing.
What are these other sites? Did they largly replace car-part? It's been a long time since I did rebuilders. I was a 24 yr old ounk ass kid.
It's a short story. Guy buy car after 27 years of driving w/ no accidents ever at his fault....takes the car to a drift event to get to know each other. No shit really, that was my intention. I've drifted, drag raced, etc. for decades now. Anyways, she met the wall.
Front subframe isn't that...
