    Definitely another new clutch and because my bell housing is so chewed up I’m going to see if I can get a trans at same time

    Car was used as a daily the first 40k miles. One trip to the drag strip a few months after break in. No other forms of racing or abuse.

    those are the broken clutch springs, you can see what they are supposed to look like in pic 5. Was told a rivet came out of clutch housing and broke the spring and everything else.

    I originally purchased the car to serve as a work vehicle. At the time I was a territory sales manager and used the car daily to do my dealer calls all over SW Ontario and Michigan. I now sell John Deere equipment out of a bricks and mortar store so the Mustang has transitioned to a weekend toy.

    Thanks for the heads up Torinate. DaSilva was a great experience but I just hate driving across the GTA to get there lol I will look him up for sure, I’ve been wanting to strap her back down after a few mods ;)

    Yup, dealer told me the same thing. No codes, nothing to go off. I don’t believe the calibration idea either but it hasn’t happened in the last 30,000kms so who knows.

    Well if it’s any solace, mine has just shy of 69,000 kms. Had the bbq tick since my first oil change. I switched to Mobil 1 5w30 full synthetic. Hasn’t gotten worse over time but definitely annoying in drive thru’s etc. This is the first Ford I’ve owned so I opted for the Ford premium care...

    Ahh ok, I think i know what you're talking about now as I have felt that a few times when car is cold. No resale, I bought the car brand new at Kitchener Ford. Already had my Evap purge, passenger side axle and now a clutch/trans covered under warranty. Hope you have better luck!
  18. '19 GT stalling at idle

    I think there could be a couple different issues at work here. I have a 2019 GT manual and not long after I took delivery i was slowing down to stop at a light and the car just shut off. Fires right back up, no rough idles, no RPM fluctuation just dies. I've had it happen a total of 4 times...
