Custom painted JLT intake came in. The Ngauge from Lethal has been in town since the 19th, but I can't get 'Effin' FedEx to deliver the damn thing properly....So I have to go pick it up myself....Hope to have the Lund Flex Tune and intake in the car by next weekend....
Haven't sat in them but I've seen them up close. I have Recaros in my RS and they are really stiff and narrow. I think these are more European style and not made for big American asses like I imagine the Mustang recaros are, that being said, I have a tech and love the seats in it. They hold me...
Well, truth is I don't speed much , lol...
Maybe 10 over on the highway....I don't mess around on city streets and I creep through residentials...When I autocross, the little box stays home ;)
Where I live, all the insurance companies did a rate increase. It affected all of my cars....State Farm has a little device, they SWEAR, only measures miles driven and not speed. I get "graded" on how fast I accelerate, the speed I drive and how fast I take turns lol....I have gotten less than...
But there are owners who are hooking the cooler up to the fill/return lines on the Tech transmission that has shown to work, correct?
I'm pretty sure I read that here somewhere...
Looking for new or near new GT350 Car cover. I don't know if there is a specific cover for non-R models, but that would be what I would need.
PM if available!
Thanks!
This is how much I collected (and what the oil looked like) in mine after 3000 miles of installation. That included a long distance drive (1800 miles), a high speed run through the mountains and roughly 10 autocross runs.
My oil was changed just after the install of the cans and looked to be...
Any of you gents who had a shop do this care to share the name?
I'm getting this done over the winter, and I'm pretty heavily considering the full trans swap. I'm not above driving into Texas...
I would agree, which is why I'm not looking to upgrade into an R. :D
It's really only going to matter with resale. The R will always carry a better one. If that matters, then it matters. To me, it doesn't really matter, that's not what I bought the car for.
Custom tune for an S197 with the following mods loaded:
Track Pack (3.73s, manual)
SR CAI
TB Spacer
285/35/19s all around
The tuner is unmarried and can accept any custom tune from any tuner for pretty much anything. I have no further use for it. Comes with the OBD cord and windshield...
Rarity. The carbon fiber wheels are about 12-16k to replace from what I've seen and read. The tires are $500 a pop vs $250 for the MPSS tires the regular 350 comes in and they're 10mm wider. The splitter is different, as is the wing.
To your point, that worth is personal in my opinion. Some...
There is a dealer in Tulsa trying to offload a new, never titled '16 Tech that was sitting in their showroom in that same color pattern. They're going to drop their drawers on it for sure. For the price you could score it for, you could easily add the coolers to it and save yourself a good 10k...
I thought I read that the next generation Mustang was pushed up to 2020 from 2022...If that's true, I would assume it would make sense to push the GT500 or whatever it is out as a '19-'20 model only, making that car pretty valuable.
Just like the RS, it sounds like Ford might just be running...
