My question is why do you need a 3.6 pulley for 8lbs? The kit is advertised with 8lbs and comes with a 4.0 pulley. A 3.6 is dropping down 3 pulley sizes.

I guess I'm one of the few that like the front of the s550 better. At first I liked the rear of the s197 but not anymore. I just think it's a better car in every aspect. I had a 2011 that would smoke my s550 but I like driving this car much more.
In one of the last emails Jon Lund II sent me he said It looks like it has something to do with the bypass. He said it looks like it's trying to go into boost and opening and closing really fast causing the surge. He said he would have to get a car in the shop to take a better look at it.

I believe the boostworks car was done with a remote Lund tune. They also dropped down to a 3.4 pulley which is 5 sizes smaller than the stock pulley that comes with the kit.
