Figured I'd update the the thread with some installed pics of my OBX system with the break down of costs.

1 ft 3 inch stainless tubing 10.00

It's almost a minority these days, well it was kind of like that for the fox body crowd of the '90's too. I couldn't dream of paying someone to install a cat back... I just put the headers in 10 days ago, and that was pretty basic job. When you break it down, it's just nuts and bolts that need...
They fit well, I have one installed on the car. The rest of the o2's fit without extensions. Not sure if the lengths are different on manual cars, but the auto only needs a 6-7 inch extension on the driver side.
3mm is almost .125 (actually .118) . That's pretty thick. A lot of turbo inlet pipe is 3mm that people use. I'd use it with boost without thinking about it. I've seen some sheet metal intakes bulge at 30+ psi, but never give out.
These intakes are now $440.00 if you are a Summit Pro Shop customer. Not sure if our vendors can beat that. If they can, feel free to PM the cost to me.
I'm up in the air on which power adder to go with, but for now I bought a pair of OBX resonated 1 7/8th headers. If I go turbo, they wouldn't be that tough to sell and the loss would be minimal when selling them compared to an 1100-1700.00 set. Plus, I plan on adding an intake which will work...
Not sure the part number, as ARP will have a few bolt options. I didn't use a kit, but wish I would have.
Once the factory exhaust is removed, motor mounts, and starter. The factory manifolds pretty much fall right out. I had 6 of the drivers and 4 of the passengers nuts removed, before my...
Corsa Sport.
I do give the actual fitment of the headers an A+. If I was going to install it again. I'd go with the ARP bolt kit. Easier to get smaller wrenches, sockets in the area. I used a combination of studs and bolts.
