Yeah, good suggestions. Id check the exhaust, the wheel weight and also maybe if all the plastic in the wheel well and around where you are hearing vibration is secured. Maybe a plastic clip or push pin got broken so just poke around for loose plastic.

Have you opened the hood when you noticed the noise was there? If so did you notice where exactly the noise was coming from? Did anything look off?

When you start the car does the humming only last for like a minute or 2 and then subside? Do you have any mods on the car? Is it a low pitch hum or a high pitch hum? Maybe take a video of the noise and post it for us to listen to.

I think OP is more taking about clearance from the ground, speed bumps, ramps, etc. not necessarily distance from the front of his hood to an object in front. I have also wondered this same thing when lowering my car which is partly why I haven't done it yet.

I would go with the 2019, but I don't really care for the BLIS, heated/cooled seats or any of those creature comforts. I will say that the 10 speed auto is heavenly and especially if you are indeed getting older and don't want to constantly be using the manual. Either way it is a good decision...
