I almost made it my turbo upgrade excuse but ATP missed their window, for now. I've been running at 7 psi for a couple of months and don't even know what several new bolt ons feel like with my stock turbo working correctly. I think I can replace the compressor wheel for less than $200. Just want...
I jacked up my compressor wheel with a nut hitting it while running. No metal got through and the turbo has been running fine except it puts out only 7 psi instead of my tuned 23+ psi. My question: if I replace this part with another from a Gt2259, do I need to sweat the specs or are they...
I had a small piece of metal go into my turbo inlet and damaged the compressor wheel. Where to I order parts? Is it a hard self-fix? How much will the part cost?
Thanks.

I'm not seeing your total write up. Pics or otherwise.I've copied and pasted the bits. Can you give me the post #of your write up. It's the # in the upper right hand corner of each box.Thx.
Orange--Did you ever get your stock turbo swapped? I'm trying to justify my turbo upgrade and need your help with the correct answer here. I mean, if all Ford is going to do is keep throwing the same old shitty stock turbo on it, I might as well get a 800 HP turbo and build my engine, right?
I am one of the smokers. I had my oil changed at 3K and yesterday at 6K. I was 1/2 qt low. Also I noticed I have a pretty significant amount of oily residue inside my intake, right next to the turbo.
Adam, if I already have a JLT intake, ATP modular DP and Full Race IC, (and Accessport), do I have to buy the MAP version of all these parts--or--will my existing parts work with it?
Pretty sure I'm going to mod it up and buy out the lease toward the end. As long as I follow the recommended service plan, but use 3rd party garages. is there any reason I will need to take my car into the dear during the lease? And if I do, I guess the worse thing is they make me buy out the...
So I could buy a 600-800 HP screw, dial it down to whatever my current configurations can support, then dial it up gradually as I do the bootom end work?
so verify this:
$3K for 800hp turbo
$800 for rods and valves
$2500 to have rods installed
$6300=for whole set up (assuming I have CAI, IC and DP)
sound right?
Still dying to know expected max HP for stock location turbos and more about these monster turbos? Do these "monster turbos" move out of the realm of bolt on and require multiple hours of paying a trained mechanic to install?
