I don't believe they are identical, these are drilled twice between each slot whereas the BrakeMotive are drilled once, and they do come with R1 Ceramic pads on all four corners. They are actually $485 on Ebay but I posted the website pic since it was clearer and easier to read.
Just...
So I daily my car and after being told the 6 piston brembo isn't a huge upgrade for someone who doesn't track the car, I have decided to keep the stock GT brakes and add some drilled and slotted rotors for looks instead of the brake upgrade. Has anyone heard of these? I was thinking BrakeMotive...
While I wait for BMR and Steeda to recommend me parts to purchase, what do you guys recommend to fix the floaty and clumsy ride on a 2016 Mustang GT Premium (non performance pack). Currently I have BMR SP080 springs and 285 squared Michelin Pilot Super Sport. The car still feels floaty, clumsy...
Interesting logic but makes sense. This was the reason I started this thread, I would really love to improve performance out of this auto as it really bothers me at this time with the way it shifts.
Its crazy to me how long these have been out and there is no consensus on what performs...
So the tune does affect all driving modes? Is the redline higher? Also does D mode stay the same, my biggest issue with Sport Mode is stop light to stop light it kind of lurches the car forward and back.
And yes, as of right now driving in D mode it feels lazy and not like a 435hp car that's...
Does anyone live in Las Vegas, NV and can recommend great installation shops for mods such as suspension, exhaust, cosmetic and performance? Trying to get the mods going but need a reputable shop for installs! Thanks
Please move this thread if needed but I cannot find the correct area for it.
Starting to get serious about modding the 16 Mustang GT Premium. So these things have been out awhile now, whats the best way to fix the Auto Mustang for quicker shifts and more power, it feels pretty lazy to me at this time. I always see posts on "firmer" or "more responsive" shifts, but what...
This is a direct replacement correct? Any more pictures, and did you obtain the rear set as well? Did you come from six piston brembo or four piston and how would compare them after having them for awhile? Thanks!
Attached a photo for those who haven't seen them. I have the same concerns, but then the description says it contains all the benefits of their larger brake system, just in a smaller package. It also states specifically made for HEAVY, FAST cars. Maybe more people can chime in on this. I have...
Would love to have the GT350 kit but it's very expensive! Also I would go with the Baer Kit front and rear so no mis matched calipers. I don't have the PP so no brembo at this time. I thought this would be a definite upgrade over my stock brakes I have now?
I have a 2016 GT Premium, non performance pack. I know the front brakes do most of the braking and I am not tracking the car, but I truly hate the look of the rear caliper. What is the most cost effective brake kit for front and rears? I was looking at the Baer SS4+ Drag Race Brake System which...
I should clarify I do have the Auto GT Premium so no PP dampers here. So by your logic cradle lockout and shocks/struts/rear shock mounts and I am good to go?
Any new updates on these brakes? I want these almost just for the cosmetic reasons for the ugly rear brakes on the cars now. I have a Auto GT Premium, will these brakes hinder anything for street use comparing to the stock brakes front and back? Thanks
Loving this thread, I am coming for a Supercharged Audi A6, and I am trying to get the mustang the right parts to solve these issues as well. All I have so far is the BMR SP080 springs and am in talks with Steeda on what I need next, which sounds like shocks and struts. Looking forward to...
Link to a setup? Thanks. I guess my question is should I do both at the same time or does one make more of a difference than the other? I don't track my car, its just something I notice during regular driving. Thanks
