From what I gathered it wasnt for traction it was more for just how low the 1st gear is, it may have been faster to start in 2nd.
I just got a bunch of BMR goodies though so hopefully that helps my launching on my drag radials
What's everyones preferred mode for the track? And I read a lot of people like Launching in 2nd on the a10, do you just start in 2nd, and then slap it back to drive and back into sport to put it back in auto quickly?

Yeah now I'm super concerned lol. My IAT1 is 81 degrees and my IAT2 is showing 122 while driving 40 to 50 mph on the highway. Every redlight it goes to 144iat.
