I had an elantra gt before the mustang and it was a great little hatchback. All it lacked was power and the aftermarket world for that car/ engine was slim. That's what pushed me towards the mustang. If they had an N model in this body style with the 2.0t I'd still be driving it.

If your launching on the street your axles should be OK. I've never been to the track but launch the shit out of my car on the street all the time. 100k on the stock axles and driveshaft sitting about 700whp. I doubt they'd hold up long at the track though.

Save some money on better injectors and do dw95s instead of id1050s or the 52lbs. It will still support e85 later on like 1050s but the cost will be closer to the 52lb injectors that pump gas guys run.
