Have you recently loaded a tune? Try loading your stock tune and then re-load the tune. My car did this and would not sure when I loaded my first tune (thought I was done for).

I will assume that most here will tell you to go with the corsa double-x pipe, as it gives the more signature corsa tone. Don't have either myself, so can't comment on how it would sound. Not sure on fitment either.

you're talking about the swivel flanges right? You should be able to loosen the bolts and clock them in a way that doesn't touch.

In wet/snow mode it is very sluggish. This was with and without a tune.

I read somewhere that someone had adjusted their parking brake and the noises stopped, almost like it was dragging slightly, causing tension on the transmission internals, and releasing the tension as soon as the clutch is released. Not sure if he was BS'ing or not, don't really know the guy nor...

I've got the exact same issue. Would Ford look at this under warranty with my mods? I am 100% that these mods wouldn't cause this (happened before I had them). Just wondering so I don't waste my time.

Everything I've ready about the coyote engines is that they are just loud and noisy in general. Mine has a faint tick, notice it sometimes more than others.

I would make an appointment with your dealer to have them fix the issue. It will only cost you money if you take it elsewhere. If not, try pulling it off yourself and putting it back on and working on the alignment then.

Did you wipe the dipstick clean, then re-insert and re-check? It could be un burnt fuel being put through the exhaust, it could be oil in the pvc system being burnt up, could be a fluid dripping onto something, could just be a hot engine. Really no way to tell unless you get in there with a...

Just look down the passenger side and look at your primary tubes. You'll see one sticking out right next to the primary's. I have a picture of my pypes headers being close to it, but I'm not at home so can't help right now.

To be fair, I had no idea what I was doing with that log haha. I sent the three logs Lund requested to and he didn't see anything wrong with it, and thinks it is not tune related. I will be trying to get a log of me doing another cold start, as well as a video to send him for another opinion...
