My issues with the key fob not locking have been intermitted.
100% for sure the key fob works every time after the DRLs and courtesy lights time out. Sometimes the fob doesn't work while the lights are on, however.
I can't pinpoint why it doesn't work. Sometimes it's far away, sometimes it's...
I had no idea the gloss one was so much cheaper. When I looked up the spoiler on Levittown ford's website I nearly shit my pants. $1,300 :eyebulge:
$431 is much more reasonable, but still too rich for my blood. This is definitely my favorite spoiler so far though.
I'm usually a fan of silver wheels (had silver on my last two mustangs) but for whatever reason they do NOT look good on a DIB S550. No idea why, but dark wheels are just the way to go on this color.
That's the closest I've come to liking a spoiler on an S550. I just haven't found anything that looks better than the naked deck lid yet but yours is the best I've seen.
Depends on your dealer. A dipshit dealer might flag your car and kill your your chances of using the power train warranty in the future. A cool dealer will just change your oil and pretend they didn't see anything.
Noticed a lot of minor swirls and scratches on the brake light housing itself (not the black trim surrounding it). Before I take my normal light polish to the plastic and destroy it, what type of polish should I be using?
Didn't do any autocross last season on my stock Pirellis, but I'm probably going to hit up a few events this year having switched to some Bridgestone Potenza S-04s.
I'm not looking to be "competitive" in the class, but my mods (mostly my tune and CAI) put me out of Street and into Street...
I found the best way to pinch the retaining clip was the pinch them between my thumb and the side of my index finger. On the passenger side lay on your left side and use your left hand. On the driver side do the opposite.
That was the only way for me to get enough leverage to pop them out.
You need to pinch the retaining clip at the front of the marker. I found it easiest to pinch it between my thumb and the side of my pointer finger. On the passenger side, use your left hand. On the driver side, use your right hand. The retaining clip is very stiff and takes a lot of force to pinch.
