I couldn't find it on your website
I was looking to buy Velossa ram air and connect it to my whipple air box. This will make the job easier.
3) I was looking into this and was advised ( by one of the Whipple guys here) that I can run pure 110 without an issue on my stage 2 (72’s) .
Currently I have the 3.375” on Whipple tune and had done a roll race event to 1550 ft with straight Sunoco 104 without any issue.
How much boost are...
3.625 on 93 11.5@125
3.500 on 93+ 5 gallons of 104 11.09@129
Now with a 3.375 on 104 straight but haven't try it yet.
I'm planning to test the "enable" feature and adding timming manually on the dyno to see what I got and then go to the track.
After that, I'm planning on a custom tune.
But I...
Installed my upgraded bolts yesterday!
12.9 - 14mm and drilled and installed the 9/16-18 x 4.5 bolts.
I have the Steeda inserts and the 4.5" bolt length on the 9/16, seems like it is not enough( probably the Steeda's inserts are thicker)
Ordered some 5" to replace the bolts.
Torqued...
I'm sorry about that.
It shouldn’t be the fuel!
You have a Whipple , 6M , 3.750” pulley on Whipple tune right?
I ran 260GT+93 on the strip and on the ½ mile no issues with a 3.625”
Changed to a 3.500” and ran it with 260GT plus (104) + 93 oct no issues either.
Also on Whipple tune, Royal...
I'm taking the same path as you. Right now I'm running 3.500" on the 6 rib 10 gallons 93 + 5 gallons 104 oct. . I do not have an idea on the boost level as I haven't install my gage yet.
I gained 5 MPH in trap speed from the 3.625" but I'm still frustrated with my results (I want more but...
Place the belt on the compressor side pulley and around the back of the ATI with the ribs facing the front
(Carefull with the oil pan lip) place a couple of zip ties through one of the long bolt holes on the ATI hub and wrap around the belt. Thight the zip ties and turn with a wrench the Cranck...
I'm in the same boat. Already installed the 3.500 and got the Octanium to test it, but went to the track with 10 gallons of 93 oct and 5 gallons of Sunoco 260gt plus (104 oct)
Gained 5 MPH in trap speed at the drag strip.
Octanium or Torco are cheaper and easier alternatives, would like to see...
