  1. Calling those with Air Ride

50/75 for my ride height 75/75 to get out of the driveway so I don't scrap the APR splitter 100/100 when I wash the car and 0/0 when completely air'd out I might change up the ride height setting a bit but I have had zero issues with this setting. Wheel setups and overall tire diameters will...

  3. Brakemotive rotors

The only difference between the z23 and z26 is the rear backing plate. It is rubberized on the z23 and stainless steel on the z26. The brake compound is identical on both pads. This is straight from Power stops website.

  5. What happens if...

Definitely the ones at the rear bumper. It has been awhile since I did it and I am not sure if I unhooked the ones at the diff as well. You will be able to tell when you start to lower the subframe. Watch to see if it stops and rests on the muffler.
  6. Ever mounted a toggle switch on an S550 dash?

I have my switch for my train horns right under the sunglass holder. You can pop off the two aluminum looking sections. One has 2 bolts that need to be removed. Pull out the sunglass holder and the whole black panel pops off so you can do the drilling/install on a bench if you want. There is...
  7. What happens if...

Unhook the rear-most exhaust hangers. It is preventing the subframe from dropping down all the way. When I did my rear bags. Unhooking the exhaust hangers allowed the subframe to drop enough to where the springs just fell out.

  9. BLACK S550 MUSTANG Thread

The color is candy red. Funny thing is, I was dead set on never getting red wheels. I was originally going to do blue wheels. I think the red turned out way better than I thought it would. I say go for it. If it does't turn out the way you want you can always redo them.
  10. BLACK S550 MUSTANG Thread

I've had the bags now for over a year and have not had one issue with them. I understand about the install and cost factor. They ain't cheap and paying to have them installed is really pricey as well.

  12. Comprehensive Airlift P Install (Pictures Lost)

I agree the install is not hard at all. The good thing for those attempting to tackle it now, there are lot's of bagged cars that you can reach out to and get install advice to help make it even easier. The fronts cannot get any easier. 3 bolts on the top and two on the bottom. Since the front...
  13. Comprehensive Airlift P Install (Pictures Lost)

Damn! That sucks about the car. Hopefully you get it back soon. Stereo's have definitely come along way since my days of competing in IASCA. It was much easier to rip out the factory system and install.. Now it is all integrated.
  14. Comprehensive Airlift P Install (Pictures Lost)

Hospital? What are you having done to the car? My train horns sat in the box for two weeks because I could not motivate myself to run another wire. My next big project is a custom stereo setup and the thought of tearing into the car again has me telling myself the shaker system sounds good...
