Maybe because the track is new.

That spray clear is hard, like OEM finish. It requires a respirator. It’s not like the soft crappy clear spray you buy from auto parts stores. Wet sanding/polishing will help tremendously.

Thanks guys! Yes, this track is challenging… it’s long and technical. It’s easy to lose track where you are with all the blind hills/turns. The next video will show running the track at speed.

That caliper is beautiful! I have a PDR guy that I’ve used many times. He is an artist/magician. I trust him explicitly. He pointed out why the door is beyond PDR and I agree with his assessment. I’ll just wait for a replacement to pop up.

It just got pushed in a bit (dented) in the lower frontal body line area. I thought it was a PDR thing, but my PDR guy said it’s beyond that. I’m in no hurry… I’ll swap it when the right door pops up.

I actually called earlier today to make sure it wasn’t a different door Tom was talking about… it was the same door and not only did it need a total repaint, but it sold yesterday. There will be more in time.
