you could get a magnaflow resonated x pipe. CJ's sells 1 that is bolt on or you can get it from amazon or some other store and have it welded locally. believe part number is 11386.
its supposed to quiet it down while still having that x pipe sound.
got mine in 3 days (really wouldve been 2 but fedex got lazy) - very easy to install, just cut the stock pipe as explained on install manual and bolt up. I have flowmaster axle backs which can make it drowny depending on speed/gear, however i really like the sound and can deal with it...
the taillights are not fixable as theyre LED strips, which are supposed to last a long time. there's no bulb to replace.
i had the taillight replaced at the dealer and it still didn't fix the issue. someone else on the forum mentioned that it may be the BCM (body control module) that is the...
i installed vogtland sport plus springs which are supposed to be 1.3" ish drop (ive heard 1.3", also heard 1.5" front 1.3" rear). the rear was able to be adjusted with the factory arms.
the fronts i used camber bolts and they were able to get some camber back but were maxed out. shop...
i change it based on 6500 miles or 6 months. so 2 oil changes a year isn't too bad, wont break the bank and the motor is happy. mine is a daily driver however i probably only put about 10k miles a year.
on the taillight issue. i took my car to the dealer cause my pass taillight had the same issue with the furthest light not turning on causing the fast light. now on my car it was intermittent as it only did it like once every other week. i let the advisor know there was an update for the bcm...
61k miles on stock clutch or has it been replaced? if stock clutch/slave cylinder...it could be on its way out. also check the line that goes from the master cylinder to the slave, make sure it isn't leaking or something.
i have the steeda assist spring on currently but didn't feel anything out...
curious...with 12:1 comp ratio....does ford recommend 93 on these 18's? or can regular still be used like on the 15-17's(with a hit on horsepower).
almost sounds to me like u got some bad fuel, but id still take it to the dealer with that low mileage.
be careful with houston or certain florida cars....they may come with flooding damage.
i also vote yes its too high. i paid $26k for my base GT with 5k on the odo last year and felt that was a little higher than usual. (but the others that i found were going for $29k used)
you may have a cracked intake manifold or possibly a bad valve/piston. other people in the forums have had issues with cyl8 code due to a cracked intake manifold.
looks like most everything is the same cept for some subtle changes. I can't tell if the driver side cat is welded to the exhaust manifold or if it can be separated? (2015-2017 its all together)
welcome back. end up getting a 2017?
the 5 cyl sounds like a mini viper when you think about it...like most V10's (with the exception of maybe the older BMW M5)
