Correct, you would get +35 all around. The nice thing about squared is you can rotate them. before I had the SP2s I had the PP wheels and ran a 20mm spacer. with the SP2s I don't use any spacers. Keep in mind a 285 is 30mm/1.18" wider then you factory tires. It will make a noticeable difference.

I personally use Amsoil and have never had an issue. When I had a Clutch style lsd I used their friction modifier, now with my Torson it's not needed.

I know the LC doesn't come on in my car until the engine is warmed up. Just a thought maybe it's a bad temp sensor. I'm not sure how many our cars have.

I've never used an stl file. I've always just used solidworks then send it to my guy that takes it from there and prints them. So I'm not sure on the scaling. I just saved my solidworks file as an .STL and it converted it.
