I know there are a lot of people on this forum that are not from the US, and I think that it is cool that we have the abilities to share a common interest in cars. For those of us that are US Citizens, happy independence day! Wow it's been 243 years. I know we are a relatively young country...
I know Ford says it won't fit, but was curious if others were able to tweak it to fit. I know I could go with lots of other ones, but I want it to be an OEM part. I don't want to drop $160 to find out it's not going to work.
Thanks everyone!
Like the title says, looking for the Ford Racing oil-air-separator (Catch can) for the passenger side of the GT. Although there are a lot of really nice other ones out there, I want the OEM look.
Thanks
I know this isn't quite the same thing as Veteran's day, but if you serve/served, I still want to thank you because you were willing to put your life on the line for me, and the rest of us here in the United States. Stay safe out there :flag:
HextallS550 spent a lot of time helping me get started in the tuning process - not ad-hoc either, but proper tuning. This guy knows his stuff. Thank you again for spending quite a bit of time on the phone pointing me in the right direction.
For those that share the faith, although most of the world is not "Friday", it still is here. Just wanted to say happy Good Friday and Resurrection Day. I'm blessed that I've seen a few of you on here as well and how blessed we are for what Jesus did for us (And everyone else). How amazing to...
Long story short. I have the Roush axle back. Sounds great, I wanted to make it raspier, so I bought a steeda X-pipe. Sounded extremely loud, very raspy (Which is what I wanted) but it was too darn loud. Fix? I bought a pair of the shortest 2.5" bullet mufflers dynomax had. I then cut the...
Time will tell, but after switching out unknown fluid (Car was bought used) with Amsoil MTF, this morning there was no 1 --> 2 nibble. This could be because the oil is thicker, or simply not sheared to all heck, but it was a pleasant surprise. Just wanted to throw it out there in case y'all...
AB390 - this is to restore the "fix it ticket" for "loud" exhaust violations:

Anyone out there put a lift in their "normal" sized garage? Normal meaning 20 feet long x 20 feet wide x 8 feet (Yes 8 feet) tall.
I've been looking at the Dannmar MaxJax. Perfect in every way except: I know I have post-tension concrete slab, I don't know how deep my concrete floor is, and...
Thinking about getting into a Raspberry pi. Microcenter usually sells them for $3.14 tomorrow I think. Any other geeks out there messing around with these little 'puters?
After AB1824 killed fix-it tickets for exhaust loudness, SEMA got together with some legislators who drafted AB390 to repeal the changed AB1824 made.
What is important to know is that it does not increase how loud your exhaust can be - that has been 95db for decades. What it will do is allow...
I'm getting ready to change the fluid in my MT82. I have seen lots of threads on here, but nothing with the geek numbers, mainly the low point viscosity (40C/104F) and high point viscosity (100F). Obviously, lower low-point viscosities should help with "stiff" gearboxes, whilst higher...
Today I installed a "Full Tilt Boogie Racing" shifter bracket. Found it on ebay really cheap and it looks to be something like a very cheap blowfish bracket. It's nowhere near as nice (Not an axle loop either), just a stamped/bent piece of 14-gauge(?) metal that appears to be powder coated.
I...
I got this today: https://www.semasan.com/legislative-alerts/california/legislation-introduced-repeal-2018-california-exhaust-noise-law
Looks like a few people have their head screwed on right. Our friend to AB1824 is called AB390 (It should be called AB302 if you ask me :) )
Nothing for us...

Even though it doesn't affect 6g Mustangs, it does affect our hobby. I believe the rest of the country has a "rolling" 25 year = no smog law. But in our great state, they fix it...
I'll be short. I added the Sync3 setup to my base audio car. That got me the new console with fully functional (e.g. the switches light up...Not actually do anything to the seats) heated/cooled seat buttons. I'd like to re-use them to turn on and off a vacuum pump, which will open and close...
I bought my '15 mustang GT used from Carmax. It has the normal air filter, but you know how dealers are - they return crap to stock. The car already had Roush axle backs, and the clutch spring mod, so I'm beginning to wonder if there are any other surprises. Is there any way to tell other...
I have the TPMS system on my 2015 GT PP. I like it - it told me about a leak I had, even though the tire looked fine. Anyways, I found the nail, marked it, took the tire to America's tire to have them plug/patch it. When I came back, they patched it but found a staple in the sidewall. I...
I looked at a lot of the door rattle threads but haven't found what sounds like my problem. If I have the drivers door glass down, and I shut the door, there is a rattle, somewhere close to the fromt of the door by the mirror. It isn't the mirror itself and it seems like it might be the window...
