Cat fight! Lol! I don't have a cat or dog in this fight but I don't think u can compare a complete kit to a kit done by a tuner. Roush kit and tune should compare to whipple kit and tune.
Amen! This thread is to talk about differences in two kits because olaosunt is fortunate enough to own both. I for one would like to hear about the differences ie top mount vs low mount etc? Not a debate on which kit is better where turbos are made? I'm starting to think people just throw...
In simple terms what does this mean? will these codes keep the car from running good? whats keeping the tuners from getting 100 percent drivability? if sai tuned this car would that mean this tune would be similar to the one on sheldons car? im guessing one kit would not be harder to tune...
Hopefully this and sbd kit will be out soon. I wouldn't rush to judgement over one phone call. I called a vendor once that everyone praises on here and he wasn't that friendly to me so maybe caught them at a bad time. Hopefully these kits will come soon so everyone can decide what they want.
Just to clarify. I'm guessing std kit is 52 injectors and 3.875 pulley? I guess the new tune will work with this? At what point do u need the upgrade 72lb injectors?
Ive seen these turbos around for awhile. they are water cooled. some kind of grease packing in the turbo. I think the biggest issue is repacking the greased bearings. I don't daily drive my mustang so I thought I could get by with a kit like this
I bet there is only one throttle body. the upgraded kit one includes tubing and adapter to work with mustang without using whipple I guess for 750 dollars. the 650 dollar one is probably for someone who has whipple kit already and wants to change out throttle body. this is the 600 dollar...
im sure someone in the know will chime in. I think if u order the standard 10 to 11 psi kit then u need the 1900cfm elliptical tb. the only one that comes up in the menu as a choice. if you decide to pulley down or run more boost then u might need the upgraded fuel injectors and the 2000cfm...
I saw on lethals site where u can buy the 132mm 2000 cfm throttle body. you use to only have one choice. maybe they have a higher flowing throttle body if you go with there new higher flowing injectors and a smaller pulley than std
The only choice I got a second ago was the billet one 1900 cfm elliptical one for 600 dollars. U either buy that one or use your one from car. Make sure your looking at 2015 mustang
