  1. Evaporator went out

Me too... 2016 GT Premium Performance Pack car with 8500 miles. Turned on the AC today on the way back from the dyno and it was pure ambient air. Taking her in Monday to get it checked/fixed. Hopefully they have the new version of the pat available.
  2. New Procharger P1X dyno results and Datalog

Finally got around to going to a good dyno here in Atlanta (Complete Performance in Marietta) to try to get "the money shot" with the good air. Should have had the rev limiter set higher as I was running into it at 7500 rpm. Car made 634 rwhp and 515 lb-ft which was a little lower than i had...
  3. Rear Tire Recommendations for Procharged 16GT...

Ended up going with the MPSS in 305/35ZR19. Tire Rack lowered the price again to $269 each and it was a 15 minute drive to pick them up from their warehouse. Hopefully will get them mounted later this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
  4. Rear Tire Recommendations for Procharged 16GT...

When I installed the Procharger last month, I pulled the trigger on a pair of Nitto NT05R drag radials in the 305/35-19 size. I have them installed on 19x11 GT350 replicas. They look good and from my limited testing seem to hold pretty well in second on up. The problem is that these things do...
  5. COMPETITION ORANGE S550 MUSTANG Thread

Yes, had to remove the engine to get those to fit into the front wheel wells. Great for smoothing out hot asphalt though. Corrected above.

  7. RTX OE wheels?

Reviving an older thread: I just installed the RTX OE 19x10/19x11 set in Satin Black from CJPP. Could not beat the price with the forum discount code. I am running them with the stock P-zero's (255/40-19) up front for now (until they wear out, only have 7500 miles on the car), and Nitto...
  8. CJ Pony Parts Forum Discount Code

Hi Dave, About to order a set of wheels for the pony. Can you send me a forum discount code? Thanks, Ron
  9. Hitting the dyno today at 10:00 AM - Guesses?

Have not been able to go WOT and take it to 7500 rpm yet to validate max boost yet. I can tell you it no longer lingers just above 6 psi. It rolls right through and was rapidly approaching 10 psi when I chickened out.
  10. Hitting the dyno today at 10:00 AM - Guesses?

Hi Jn2, I had sent this datalog from the dyno pull to my tuner (Dakota @ Lund) over the weekend and he got back to me on Monday. He reached a similar conclusion that it was not a boost leak. He suspected that it was spark blow out based on some AFR variations around the torque peak. I had...
  11. Hitting the dyno today at 10:00 AM - Guesses?

Both. Tee'ed in a cheap mechanical gauge to validate what the Ecoboost gauge was doing. Saw the boost leak/creep on both. Found the boost leak. Worm clamp on the first coupler out of the supercharger scroll was loose. Went through all the clamps and removed all/replaced some/reinstalled...
  12. Hitting the dyno today at 10:00 AM - Guesses?

Well, I did end up disappointed. Turns out some of the worm clamps connecting the blower to the intercooler and back to the TB we not as tight as they should have been and were leaking boost. The car would hit around 6 psi by 4500 rpm and then the boost would hang there for awhile. Would creep...
  13. Hitting the dyno today at 10:00 AM - Guesses?

Follow up post from my previous post before the install was done. Everything now installed, fully tuned by Dakota at Lund Racing and ready for the money shot. Just to refresh here is the mod list: 2016 GT Premium with Performance Pack. (M6, 3.73, Torsen, etc) Team Beefcake Procharger stage...
  14. First WOT pull with ProCharger - Datalog attached

Working through the remote tuning process with the guys at Lund Racing. Great and easy process so far. Started with a base tune and logged idle, revs, cruise, part throttle on Thursday afternoon. Received a revision the same afternoon and did some longer part throttle pulls. Friday morning...
  15. Procharger arrives tomorrow...

Took it out with the initial RPM limited tune from Lund and got a good 16 minutes of datalogs. Never went WOT but did see a little boost. Dakota at Lund already reviewed and provided an updated tune file which has been uploaded. Going out for some more cruise logs and some part throttle to...
  16. Procharger arrives tomorrow...

Here are some pictures of the UPR Catch Can for the procharger as I intalled it:
  17. Procharger arrives tomorrow...

Will do once I get home. Stay tuned.
  18. Procharger arrives tomorrow...

All done. Test fired her about 8:00 PM last night and had her buttoned up and off the jacks by 10:30. Sounds really good. Have not taken her out of the garage yet, but will do some initial test drives and data logging this afternoon.
  19. Procharger arrives tomorrow...

Getting much closer. Planning on finishing up the install and test firing tonight. Also was able to get the NT05R's mounted and balanced today:
  20. Procharger arrives tomorrow...

This is on a P1-X. My understanding is that Stage 2 on a P1-X would normally be 10 psi stock with a 4.75" pulley (or maybe it is supposed to be a 4.88" pulley). I asked for 11 psi when I ordered and the 4.63" is what they sent me. I suspect I will see at least 12 if not more, but we will see...
