Hit 6600 miles this morning on my arrival at work. Saturday (6/10) is the cars 1 year birthday and will likely be about 6666 miles on that day. Will have to have a competition orange cake to celebrate.
I will make the switch to Shell or Chevron going forward and see if it feels stronger.
I sent the datalogs off to the support team at Lund along with the details. Hopefully the can get this orange crate pulling like it should.
Hi Terry,
Yes, I was looking at how high the IAT's are as the culprit. They were 132 ramping down to 113 which is way high. I gotta think that is contributing to knock and resulting in less timing. I have always noticed really high IAT's with the JLT. It was 83 ambient when we did the...

Looks like it is pulling out a bunch of timing. dropping from 31 degrees at tip in down to 21 degrees. Let me know what you all see in this file. This is with QT 93...

Found some good videos on how to datalog and linked me to a list of PID's to select along with directions on what to capture on VMP's website. Going to go out and capture data this afternoon.
Cool, thanks for the offer. Now I just need to figure out how to datalog. I loaded via an SCT XF4 programmer and have live link Gen II on the PC. I think I can collect the data, but the questions I have are which parameters to collect and under what conditions. IE: Should I try to capture a...
So I bought a 93 octane tune from Lund Racing almost a year ago. Power mods are JLT CAI, Magnaflow Street Cat-back, and 170 degree thermostat. Tune has been great and love the driveability and feel of the car. Never any issues. That said, I installed it and left it alone.
Now thinking 10...
I bought the car 1 year ago on 6/10/16, Car came with 35% tint, Xpel clear bra, Weathertech front mats and an trunk net from the dealership. I have done the following so far:
Performance:
Lund 93 Octane Tune
JLT cold air intake and oil separator
Magnaflow street cat-back exhaust

Steeda Progressives and Coyote 25mm Spacers x 4
Installed the spacers along with some Steeda Pro-Action struts/shocks today. Had the roof and hood vents wrapped in 3M gloss black vinyl on Wednesday,
I went with Powerstop Z23 Evolution front Brake Pads (Ceramic). I did just the fronts on my PP GT as the brake dust was killing me. Stock pads would dust up the wheels in an hour, but these are good for 2 weeks or more. They are not quite as edgy as the stock pads, but braking is still very...
Hi,
Thanks for the code. It came up as invalid when I tried to use it on a set of pro-action struts/shocks. I assume that it does not work on sale items. Is that right?
Thanks,
Ron
I have the Z23 pads on the front of my 16 PP GT. No dust at all. Takes two weeks to get as much dust on the wheels now as it would have in 1 short drive with the factory pads. Performance is very good, similar to stock, except it does not have the extreme low speed bite that the PP pads did...
Mine turned out to be a damaged ABS wheel speed sensor wire. It appears that the alignment monkey that aligned the car after my spring install managed to crush the wire. My Ford dealer fixed it under warranty. All taken care of now.
