"error reading vehicle info" looks like you got a masked strategy and the device does not know what vehicle its changing settings for.

when did i say it couldn’t be tuner related, but you knowing i have steeda vertical links and and sve steering wheel isn’t pertinent information to the concern, you’re the one assuming tuners have phone numbers and not email ticket systems also that they would respond regardless at 7am on a saturday
doesn’t seem to be a connection issue i can do everything else with the device scan codes, clear codes, view device/ vehicle info, datalog with device/ laptop, yea i checked the support page and couldn’t find anything
