Typical dealer bullshit. I hate dealers, they f you any chance they can. You will have no choice but to buy a new bcm and pay a dealer to program most likely.
I had a 13 that had a TSb regarding diff vent leaking. Dealer asked if I had stock gears and after I told the,m I did they...
Hoosier. 28" slick
Circle d 3b. (Leaving at 3200)
No 2 step. ( newer coil packs not an option yet)
Best 60. 1.47.
No transbrake
800 rwhp. @ 12 lbs of boost
Not building any boost at the line. If I could only 60 this car.
I'm sure this does not come with a fuel system which you would surely need to run that much boost on e85. May not come with injectors either. That could be 2 grand between the two.
id bet doesn't come with a tune either.
Curious if anyone's replaced theirs yet. Noticed at the track today only one tire was spinning on one of my burn outs. My 13 did this and the clutch packs were going.
Nope, You can still have issues with the nannies.
Another way is to unplug an abs sensor and that'll disable all your nannies. Pulling the fuse is easier. Just don't know if there's any ill effects from doing that.
I thought this as well. You can load the wrong tune into a car. I bought a used sct and first thing I did was erase old tune. Turns out I did not erase it and loaded a manual tune into an auto car. Resulting in completely erasing all trans strategies and only way to get them back in was...
I think the key here is on 93.
This reminds of the street car that blew his motor without opg's.. Up til he blew it a lot of people were saying how they're not running them and how you don't need them and Yada yada yada.
Isn't 700 rwhp on a blower car on pump gas on the edge?
I wonder if you'd get more and better air flow going with the revised two fan setup. I'd like to think hellion might be able to work with you on price?
Man, tried the line loc out for the first time tonight. Had I known it was that easy.........
Once I figured out how to use it I will definately use it at the track.
I remember reading it was specific 15's that were built during a certain time period.
I have the same in my premium but only shows vacuum. Not sure if it can be turned on in tune or not.
I am very familiar with how to turn off advance trac, Press and hold brake while holding switch for what could be ten seconds. This does not always work completely. I did like poster above which is same as pulling fuse which disables everything but like him on skinnies at 140+ it becomes...
Hey any chance you can shoot me vid of your exhaust. I want to change mine but don't want to spend the money on a new exhaust without hearing it first.
Wonder why that's the best you can 60? Any suspension mods?
So never tried it yet at the track. Been just doing it old fashioned way turning off tc and doing that way but have issues with the nannies kicking in stopping my burnout sometimes. Do the nannies kick in using line lock and is it pretty easy to do? Don't want to be that guy at the line...
