I will say that the process of ordering that I am still going through, with anticipated delivery coming up (showing actual movement on rail now) - I can agree with you to a point.
But did you actually SPEND that money? No. The whole deposit thing is to help one get locked in to the buy process...
It was worth it to me. Mainly because it's only a tiny bit more and you get stiffer springs and swaybars; which will come in handy whenever I start adding power - the suspension is already built up a bit. I was already going to get magneride; and 401A.
The wheels and tires that come with it...
First was "meh" and a bit of RR on your part afterwards. Let it go.
Second was someone not paying attention to your lane and was on them, but again, not horrible.
To all that, try riding a motorcycle; that's when the really bad drivers show up.
Yes, asked them yesterday. No info other than what I had with COTUS and said that date will probably get pushed, they only ship when the railcar is full, etc...
Disappointed and dissatisfied with this process. Dealer said conservative estimate was 12 weeks, that it could likely show up before...
Don't rely on the other guys insurance...file a claim with your insurance to go after them. Won't effect your rates...you get better result.
Wife t-boned at a-pillar by guy running a stop sign. His insurance recognized fault, offered 3k and repair. No way it'd be right again. Filed under my...
COTUS shows "0 Days until Delivery" and "Awaiting Shipment" - I had a COTUS update several weeks ago where it said it was in transit, but, then that was backed out.
A coin flip I guess as to I get to pick up the car this week. I just hope it arrives perfect and I can go on down the road, but...
I'll drive it like I'm going to drive it day 0. That will range from 'old man' to 'hooligan'.
Taking it easy, IMO, is a way for the manufacturer to shorten the warranty by wasting miles on excessively gentle driving.
IMO, a few squeaky wheels on the internet can make mountains out of a molehill in .1 seconds. No telling what the history is...what led to the issue.
Not limited to the GT350, Ford, vehicles, life in general. Web MD says symptoms may be cancer when one has a cold...being my point.
I briefly considered getting a GT350 because that flat-plane crank and how it can spin up...but then didn't feel right making that my daily driver; like it's kind of a waste on a guy like me driving it pretty much exclusively to work every day, a 15m run in each direction. PPK2 is where I ended up.
I didn't mean you faked it; so much as it could be a fake that's circulating...or it's a mistake. Either way.
I'd like remote start too, but not a major thing. Rather have a manual because I want to feel that engine. Likely going to swap to a trans-mounted shifter just for that reason...
I don't have a lot of faith that a product can actually "lift" something that is adhered to the car by anything more than a static charge. To that, just plain water (the universal solvent) should do the same magic trick.
That said, I had all the OCD I could handle when I had my 370z...black...
Ford perf chat says anywhere between Wednesday this week and Tuesday next week. Dealer confirms it's off the rails, just waiting for the truck to pick it up and take it to my dealer from Kansas.
Down to the wire!
