  1. Autoblog defends '14 vs '15 comparison

You're right, it does have unique EPAS tuning - but I would think that only adjusts the level of assist through the wheel, not the ratio or the degree of free play on-centre - those would require some mechanical changes in the rack? Would love to be proven wrong though.
  2. Autoblog defends '14 vs '15 comparison

Suspension yes, steering - doubtful as the PP does nothing to the steering rack. That free play he complained about is not a suspension issue. The car could do with a faster rack ratio for sure.
  3. Autoblog defends '14 vs '15 comparison

What is that weird circular pod sitting on the driver's side hood you see from some dashcam shots here? (it's at 2:37 in the downloaded video.) I thought it might be a GoPro but it's painted the same color as the car.... but I don't see it from the external shots of the car.
  4. Autoexpress UK Review (EcoBoost)

This being a British review, he's probably converted the figures to imperial gallons, which are larger than US gallons - hence the better MPG.
  5. What Car? review (GT and EcoBoost)

This is definitely the most negative review to date - ride quality, steering feel, clutch, manual transmission, interior build, the EcoBoost engine - all take hits. I'm a bit surprised he even gave it 3 stars. The British reviews have been noticeably harsher than the American. It's possible the...
  6. Autoexpress UK Review (EcoBoost)

Well that was a bit of a cold shower. Still it provides a list to things to check when test driving. I do agree with the review that a few aspects of the interior are low-rent - specifically the tacky spray-on bright metallic finish on the dials and toggles. Even in the best marketing shots...

  8. What Car? review (GT and EcoBoost)

A mixed review - 3 of 5 stars awarded. This is the second British review to slam the low-speed ride quality, and express reservations about the EcoBoost engine. http://www.whatcar.com/car-news/ford/mustang/2015-ford-mustang-review/1313913

  11. Autonet.ca Review (GT)

I do as well. It's got to be the Recaros. There is no way that the standard power seats (with AC and heating, no less) are not going to have a height adjustment, it would be unsafe, Ford could be liable for accidents etc.
  12. Automedia Drive Review (EcoBoost)

^^ Not sure if serious... no version of the S550 yet released has ANY form of adaptive suspension; the driving modes in the Premium only impact steering weight, level of TC, throttle tip-in response, and for the auto, shifting response.
  13. Automedia Drive Review (EcoBoost)

Toggles the steering mode and "the ride firmed up in a way that made the weight loss feel lithe rather than feeble." The guy has the perceptual acuity of your favourite vegetable and is borderline cognitively challenged. How can anyone believe anything he says after this ridiculous comment...
  14. Los Angeles Times First Impressions (GT & EcoBoost)

Nice that you get to hear both models with the same mic being used - if they made the EB sound like the V8 they'd get far more EB sales.
  15. Autonet.ca Review (GT)

It doesn't show up in the text pasted above - but on the web site he lists as one negative that the seat needs a height adjustment. Anyone know if that is true of the regular seats or is he referring to the Recaros?
  16. Pericak gives more details on 15 GT vs. Boss track performance

This from the autonet.ca review (written by a guy who also races professionally which may be why he was a bit more effective than others in getting these details): The old Boss 302 was indeed known for being faster than its contemporary BMW M3, but that got me thinking about how this new...
