Any chance you have the link?
I don't have the active exhaust unfortunately. I couldn't find a car with it within a few hundred miles of me. Since I was trading in a car, I didn't want to go much further than that.
Gotcha, good to know. I have to think about that, I don't know if I want that...
Definitely good to know. Any idea how much louder the H-pipe with stock mufflers would be? I live in a quiet neighborhood and go out early, so the car's plenty loud enough as is. I really just want to alter the tone.
My goal for this car is to get back some of that old school rumble without making the car really any louder. Would an H pipe do the trick? Any specific axle-back?
Hey all, I'm looking for a set of the OEM S550 Bullitt wheels. If you have a set of takeoffs, please let me know.
I'm in the NYC area for reference, but I'm willing to make a drive if need be.
I posted this elsewhere as well, but has anyone noticed a difference in exhaust note on their GT after installing this kit? I'm hoping it gets that deep rumble the Bullitt has.
Hey all. I've been loving my '20 GT for the last few months. Only thing I'd love is a bit more old-school rumble, a la Bullitt. From what clips I've listened to, the Bullitt seems to have a deeper tone/rumble than the standard GT. I did do some research, and it seems the stock Bullitt exhaust...
Not sure if this helps, but there's a set on Craigslist near me:

I went with option #2, but I'm not sure if I qualify. Only thing I've changed is the shift knob - it's been a dream of mine to have the cue ball shifter forever. Might do the clutch spring at some point, but for now I just love the car.
The Pilot Sports are definitely not a good idea for any kind of inclement weather. Even the stock Pirelli all seasons suck in anything but dry conditions.
Depending on how much you like the 19s, I'd recommend going for a cheap set of 18s and a good set of winter tires. Smaller diameter is...
Hey all, just bought my GT a few months ago. It's a daily driver, so I'm looking at getting a dedicated set of rims to throw snow tires on.
If anyone has any stock 18s in the tri-state area (preferably with TPMS), please let me know!
I've always wanted a Mustang - Shelby's have been my all-time favorite cars since I was little. I nearly bought a '12 GT back in 2015, but the lack of telescoping wheel left my knee banging against it every time I used the clutch. A few years on, I finally have my dream car!
I'm new here, just bought my Mustang in August.
My previous cars were a 2011 VW GTI (4dr/DSG), 2012 VW GTI (2dr/6spd), and a 2017 Toyota 4Runner SR5P. I never really wanted to give up driving something sporty, but back issues made it a necessity. When the pandemic hit, I decided I'd get a car...
