Good point Galaxy, to me numbers matching is a mute point but prefer the Gen II engine. I guess the true "collector" guys think matching is important if it is a low miles and will fit in that bucket of "low-miles collector car that sits in a storage garage 24-7". Not me.....

Yea, I love the car, the poke isn't a huge deal but you know how everyone likes to make small modifications to their cars and getting a flush or tucked in look kinda makes me happy. Not a big deal just a small preference......
Agreed, didn't mean to bash dealerships but we all know the business. The end game for any car sale is a higher sales price, thats what I meant by taking it to dealer, one doesn't achieve that goal.
Curious, if you had a GT350 or a GT350R model, how would you go about selling it? Car sites like Cargurus.com or Cars.com, Cars & Bids, Bring-a-Trailer, etc? What gets the best buyers with potential better sales price? Obviously a dealership is going to rape you right?
I look at my car as an emotional value in my life, it brings me happiness and therefore it is worth it for me. My car has an intangible value, stuff that is not made of $$.
