I think Ford needs to get something in between the GT500 and the rest of the premium brands (350, Mach, DH)...which have give or take 500hp. I was hoping the duel intake on the DH would produce 600+ but Ford left a huge gap in HP ranges between the GT500 with over 750hp and the other 3 models...
Can we please let the GTD wing stay on the GTD and stop copying the newest shiny object like we mustang fans always do? We just look stupid constantly swapping cool things from other models and putting them on all our models, cheapens the brand in an already cheap image Ford shoots for...
Cause that is the rules, has to be a stock production vehicle, not a base 650 that gets a bunch of add-ons to compete. Porsche GT3 comes out the gate ready and so does the GTD.
I see your point, I'd say a "Ford Enthusiast" is a very wide range of incomes though, mostly middle class would you say? (say yes). The pricier GT350, Mach1, GT500 are top end prices. Base GT is middle to low costs. I think the 2000 that Ford is going to create with the GTD will all sell to...
