Sleeves were around 1200 and a day to do the machine work. Than there was some dedicated tooling and fixtures I had to buy/build.

I'm not a big fan of those supports they are a band aide. The ones I've seen weeped coolant through the threads. I would also like to see what the bore does at temp it wouldn't surprise me if the bore goes egg shaped with the way they push on the side.

Actually ford is using the Chevy throttle body.

So correct me if I'm wrong. It has variable cam timing, and the pcm keeps track of it by the reluctor on each cam. So the cam timing changes maybe 1-2 degrees throughout the rpm range because of the tensioner. The phasers are constantly adjusting for it by what the reluctor feeds back to the pcm.

It won't be cost effective. I own a machine shop, and wanted to do my own. I have more in tooling to do the job than it would have cost to have it done. As for the mt82 I'm leaving it in my car, and I'm shooting for over 1k. So far I've bought 3 of them to have in rotation as they break.

For how long? Everything has a fatigue life, and that is the limit for those rods.

I couldn't find a compressor map on the jtb, but a 15lbs and the lbs of air the coyote moves the ysi is more efficient.

Blocks are dimensional the same except for the bore. Gt350 94mm bore s550 92.2mm bore

Ask yourself this. Do I want to do headers twice. Chances are they will seal, but if they don't your going to have to buy them anyways.
