  1. New 6.8L V8 Engine Coming For Mustang in 2022?!

LOL! I don't think it's an age thing, people are just obsessed with large displacement engines as if they are the solution to everything. 56% of the GT500's weight is over the front axle; That is bad. The GT500 weighs 4200 lbs; That is also bad. That is where you are going to find more...
  2. New 6.8L V8 Engine Coming For Mustang in 2022?!

Who would want this big ass engine at the front of a modern day sports car? The 5.2L is already showing the limits of a front engine RWD car. Putting more weight over the front axle is a recipe for disappointment. The current GT500 is already completely traction-limited as shown by the...
  3. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

One of the few redeeming factors of the South. Summer tires all year long!
  4. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

In most cases, less rotational mass meaning less drivetrain power loss to the wheels.
  5. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

Having a guy on Etsy make them actually. The emblem is going to be made out of resin but painted gloss black. I would prefer metal, but custom metal work can get pricey quickly. Plus, I had a lot of trouble having some of the larger fab places online due to trademark concerns over the Shelby font.
  6. Random thoughts.......................

To which it will realize it's grave mistake, unwrap itself, then unplug itself from the wall ending it's own life.
  7. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

Getting custom GT 5.0 badges made for the fender/rear decklid in the Shelby font. They're getting painted gloss black. (Will post updates)
  8. MT82 or A10? Your thoughts...

I will say, however, than a tuned A10 doesn't shift faster but feels better, especially in the different drive modes.
  9. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

Installed some cheap Amazon paddle shifters extensions. Not bad, not great, but can't complain for $20. Will likely keep them on.
  10. How To: Display Ethanol Content on SCT Device

So turns out the Lund tune doesn't log alcohol percentage on the e85r file. Only logs alcohol percentage on the flex fuel and 93r tune. The e85 tune assumes you have at least like 75% ethanol so doesn't even log it. Switch to the Flex Fuel tune then try to load the config file.
  11. Random thoughts.......................

Why do people who have a problem with the scientific method, tell other people about it on computers/cell phones, wirelessly, across the world wide web, possibly some of the most revolutionary scientific achievements since the microscope. I never got that.
  12. Lund flex and e85r tune

So true. I went to a Murphys and their e85 was more like e25. I always run check the fuel perc before I install the e85R tune.
  13. Lund flex and e85r tune

Get to as close to 0 as you can on the Flex tune, throw e85 in it. Drive it until you run it down again (will be fast on e85), then fill it up with e85 and run the e85r tune. You should be reliably have enough e85 in the tank to warrant the tune if you've run through a heavy e85 mix tank.
  14. GT500 style front bumper on MY2018

Finally got a front badge on mine.
  15. GT500 style front bumper on MY2018

Yes, my adaptive cruise sensor goes haywire a LOT of the time. I've been meaning to move it but haven't taken off the bumper yet. I was tempted to disable it via ForScan since I've made other modifications to the car, but really love the adaptive cruise control feature and I paid for it! I'll...
