The list didn't contain a single preference, actually. Each point was a factual objective truth you can look up and verify. The first and last paragraphs, however, were absolutely personal experience/preference making generalizations about the situation.
I fixed the post to clarify #4 regarding...
As a person who just upgraded from a HEAVILY modified S197 GT to a 18GT with PP1 and magneride, they are night and day difference cars. Full disclosure, I came from a base 12 GT with full bolt ons to an optioned out 18GT. I wouldn't go back to save my mother's life....(ok maybe I would).
Here's...
I mean, at this point I would stop engaging with Weatherman y'all. His argument is that you don't get the point that he hasn't made nor can describe. You're gonna lose that one every time. He can change his "point" to suit whatever lunacy he's conjuring up. It's exactly the same tactic tRump...
LOLOL. So your argument was debunked, so you just went to find another? Bro, what about the other percent of people who aren't resistant? Eff them? That's someone's mother, father, grandfather, son, and daughter. Wear a mask and sit down.
Lol alright man. Glad to see you've got no leg to stand on in the argument and that you can't even take your own position seriously. Go ahead and resort to name-calling. Maybe if you call me another name, you'll be magically right! Go ahead. Try!
His article has been refuted more than a few times by many different people. His article is filled with opinion and conjecture, misinterpretation from the studies he references in hope that people won't dig.
Furthermore, of ALL of the studies he cites, none of them come to the same conclusion...
Please do not try to use "whataboutism" to make your argument. It's not an effective one. Please let me know about what I said was incorrect. I did not argue that face masks prevent coronavirus transmission. I said face masks help control the transmission. We are ALL aware that cotton masks are...
The problem with the "Masks don't work" argument, is that it is a 100% or nothing argument. You are correct in asserting that cotton masks, especially, do not work 100% of the time. That does NOT mean that they do not work at all. COVID-19 particles, are not considered and aerosol, as we...
Pirelli P-Zeros are pure trash. I've never actually hated a tire until I had those on my S197. Ditched them for Michelin Pilot Super Sports (at the time) and I saw the light. The PS4S are supposed to be even better.
I see your point. You're absolutely right that Mustang has much more "mind-share" than the Camaro. I agree that heritage plays a huge part in that mind-share. People complain that the Mach1 is a part bin car, and while it is, it's also a brilliant move by Ford. You keep a limited-edition special...
Sucks for the Camaro. Turns out all out track performance isn't the secret sauce for selling volume. The Challenger is a comfortable gt car with lots of power. The Mustang is a sporty gt car with lots of track prowess. Makes sense those are selling.
As always, Camaro6 is imploding thinking that...
Just so everyone is on the same page, @DarrenMRRWheels
That's probably what I'll end up getting. Although a forged or flow form wheel sounds nice, it's a Ford Mustang not a Porsche 911. I couldn't justify $3K in wheels alone only for them to end up with curb rash. I don't have those kinda of...
Agreed @DarrenMRRWheels. I'm not a customer of his and he was under no obligation to help. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and provided a price. I kindly said no thank you, and he's allowed to move on with his day. Anyways, thanks again man and sorry for wasting your time.
Same with me. Not saying anything negative about the value proposition or the quality. But I can't spend $3000 on wheels BEFORE tires. The MP4S on my PP1 are around $400 each themselves. It's like a $5000 to potentially save 5-10lbs of rotational mass. The math don't work out for me.
They are the 6 piston PP brakes. Get me a quote on a set of gloss black like the Mach 1 wheels and we can talk. Lets do 19 x 10 in the front and 19 x 11 in the back. We can talk about offset afterwards.
