Gotcha. There are a couple of photoshopped pics of that combo in the main photoshop thread in the general section, but they aren't very good. I'd like to see some real pics as well.
Well as long as I don't have any issues on the back straight at COTA, I'll be happy. :)
My local club track is small enough that I'm sure there wont be any issues either way.
The 3160 may be designed for those applications, but that doesn't mean it's being used in them yet. The Transit currently uses the MT-82.
Maybe they have or will soon switch but I can find no mention of it on the googles.
Based on the specs they gave out concerning the response times of the MR shocks, I'm pretty sure it's Gen 3. I believe Gen 2 was above 20ms or more and the GT350 are something like 7ms if I remember correctly. Something like that.
You guys might be in the same sales region as my dealer. They're in the same boat. They're supposed to be getting 2 allocations for 2016 but the regional sales rep hasn't released one yet.
Yeah, it seems a little conservative but no doubt the tuners will be turning that off as soon as they get a hold of it. It is kind of a bummer but I bet most owners won't ever notice it.
You guys know that all Topnotch is doing is searching for and posting various pics from twitter, instagram, etc. It's a valuable service that he's providing, but any of you can do it. That's why he can't just take requests for certain colors.
I'm not sure, but I believe you have to scroll through some menu(s). I don't think there's a dedicated button. There's a video somewhere on here that shows someone using it close up where you can see the info screen as he changes the sound.
Just to be clear, you don't need the switch to operate the dual-mode exhaust. All GT350s come with the same exhaust (minus the resonators in the R). In models without the switch, you just operate it from a button on the steering wheel.
I too hope the switches can be retrofitted just because...
