    You could weld in some resonators. Alternately, and I swear this sounds crazy but it's legit, if you rotate the tips 45* so they match the curve of the valence, it drones less. (and looks cool) Like so:

    Yep! In fact, just the other day I actually thought about accelerating rapidly, but then I thought "wait, someone might not like the sounds coming out of my car. I'd better not" ... so I calmly drove to the nearest Toyota dealership and traded my Mustang GT in on a new Prius. Problem solved...

    Yeah, I like to accelerate hard, but when I wind out second gear, I'm pretty much breaking every speed limit in my town, so I often nail first, hold WOT through second, then just clutch it out and coast once I reach the end of second gear... followed by the lovely sound of my revs hanging around...
