  1. Street tires better than mpss?

I did some cyber-sleuthing and I believe the OP said he's running -1.7* camber in the back. Based on the way he describes his driving, I think he'd be good to go with -0.5* camber in the back which would increase his straight line traction. Two Cents.
  2. Corsa Sport Catback vs. Magnaflow Street Catback /Anyone in S. FL w/ these??

Okay, but you might want to call tomorrow to see if Steve will be there. I don't know if he is working Saturday.
  3. PMAS Intake Systems from UPR Products. TUNE AND NO TUNE INTAKES

Wasn't saying you're a Joe Schmoe or any other type of Schmoe. Really just that none of us have had the problems you're having, and a lot of us have this intake. Like I said, I reached out to the owner of PMAS as soon as I read your thread. (that's why he replied right away about the set screw...
  4. Street tires better than mpss?

Interesting perspective. I always turn traction control off unless I'm driving through one of South Florida's famous Torrential Downpours, and I go WOT almost every time I drive the car. But maybe I'm just weird. That said, I'm very interested in your tire recommendations. I'll research...
  5. Street tires better than mpss?

Outside guess here, but I'll bet the car has a significant amount of negative camber in the back. Taking it close to zero will enhance traction, although that's not what the cool kids do for an HPDE alignment.
  6. Whipple + Stock Tires =

    Viking Shocks :headbang:
  7. PMAS Intake Systems from UPR Products. TUNE AND NO TUNE INTAKES

    1. Cross threaded. This is the only possible explanation. 2. Pic for clarification? I installed everything weeks ago and none of the lines have budged. 3. Installer error? Mine has never tried to come loose. 4. Set screws? I contacted PMAS to see what's up. Mine didn't have these. Seems to be...
  8. Corsa Sport Catback vs. Magnaflow Street Catback /Anyone in S. FL w/ these??

We sell Corsa at UPR, and UPRSteve has it on his car. Swing by the shop at: 750 S. Eastcoast St Lake Worth, FL 33460 EDIT: we also have Magnaflow street on one of our other shop cars... but it's got full length headers and a VMP TVS... not an apples to apples comparison.
  9. Good daily driver pads for 15" Brembos AVAILABLE?

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I will most likely scoop up the Carbotechs or G-Locs before my next HPDE (a few months away), along with stainless lines, speed bleeders, and Motul. I bought the Stoptech Posi Quiet Semi Metallic pads for now. $62 shipped from Tire Rack.
  10. Best suspension mod after whipple install?

Yes! That's why I mentioned Ridetech. I put the Ridetech Level 2 Coilovers (from UPRproducts.com) on my car and they made a day and night difference. Here's my install thread: Ridetech Level 2 Coilovers installed
  11. Bent rear reflectors

Very common. There's another thread about this.
  12. Good daily driver pads for 15" Brembos AVAILABLE?

Does anybody know of any decent brake pads out there which would be available to order now? I am in the process of upgrading my base model 2016 5.0 to the factory 15" Brembo front brakes. I have everything except the brake pads. A good deal on the factory pads was $200 and it seems like for...
  13. Best suspension mod after whipple install?

First and foremost: tires tires TIRES. The best suspension in the world won't hook with Whipple torque on stock tires. In addition to stickier tires, I'd suggest UPR vertical links and Viking or Ridetech shocks.
  14. Has anyone installed the Cervinis grille kit?

It's much more of a pain to install an aftermarket ram air hood than it is to install those fake stick on hood scoops... It's much more of a pain to install a complete carbon fiber body kit than it is to stick carbon fiber vinyl on the factory pieces... It's much more of a pain to black...
  15. Baer EradiSpeed Rotors?

Directly from Baer. We can sell you a set if you call us at 561.588.6630. Slotted only is definitely the way to go if you do any aggressive driving.
  16. Has anyone installed the Cervinis grille kit?

Keep in mind that everything is relative. Some people might say that it was the hardest install ever. Others like me think it was no big deal. It's all about perspective.
  17. MBRP exhausts? Thoughts anyone?

MBRP is inexpensive because they have a large manufacturing capacity. They make A LOT of exhaust, so their costs are low. I have the MBRP Race cat-back on my 2016 5.0 and I love it.
  18. Sock's Project 6G

Do you sell the pads? I need to buy a set of those or the Carbotech. Actually looking for a 90% street pad, with auto crosses thrown in. (and I have eradispeed+ rotors)
  19. UPR Whipple catch can setup. Just installed, is this right?

Arrow on check valve should be pointing TOWARD the blower.
