There's absolutely zero chance I would buy a "new" wrecked car.
Aftermarket paint repair always looks like paint repair. And even if you're one of those people who are half blind and can barely tell the repair is there now... in two years you'll be mad at yourself for accepting the repair once...
Just do a forum search. There are multiple threads, including people who have posted pics of their ford service papers, and Ford Customer Service has responded in the threads.
Great thread. I finally read the whole thing today, after Liking your page on Facebook.
I wish I could see more of the Dusold splitter. I'm torn between buying this one or another brand, and I'm curious to see how much of the belly is covered by the aluminum splitter. I have a base model so I...
This is a known issue. I think there's even a TSB. Ford has tried several different "fixes". Some people get the control module replaced, some get the fan replaced. I don't think the "fix" is truly known. I do know it has been an issue with both the base model and the premium cars with climate...
I would like to buy a pair of Brembo front calipers (with or without pads) so I can upgrade my 2016 5.0 base model to the 15" Brembo front brakes. I already have the rotors.
I have the Baer Eradispeed+ rotors for my 2016 5.0. (slotted, not drilled, for HPDEs) They're NICE!
Mine is a base so I still need to buy the Brembo calipers.
Kesatie is up there, and they're solid. Jim Braun "J-Fab" does great work for cheap. I could PM his contact info)
Hell, I'd consider doing the work for you, but I'm in Fort Myers.
Hmmm... I'm not sure what you mean. I held the car in place with my foot on the brake, shifter in first, held down the TC button for five seconds, dash said AdvanceTrac off, LC was still lit on the dash, I revved the motor and it stopped at the preset RPMs.
The internal step up is 4.10:1 on both the P1 and D1, so the reason you can run a larger pulley on the D1 to get the same boost as the P1 is because the D1 has a more aggressive impeller?
